Sunfire Blends Form and Function in Elegant New Stand For Cinema Ribbon Duo Loudspeaker
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: May 29, 2009
Lexington, KY - Sunfire, a specialist in the design, manufacture and marketing of luxury audio/video products for the custom installation and specialty retail markets, today announced that their CRM-STAND is now shipping.
The CRM-STAND is purpose-built for Sunfire's award-winning Cinema Ribbon Duo loudspeakers, and features the same attention to aesthetic details and acoustical performance. Gentle curves in the column serve to eliminate unwanted sonic reflections, while the speaker itself sits at the optimum height on a rubber gasket to reduce vibration. Plus, a cast insert located in the base ensures there's a solid foundation in place to support the 400W Cinema Ribbon.
"Our new stand adds to our legacy of achievement in both form and function," said Mark Weisenberg, General Manager of Sunfire. "The CRM-STAND is carefully crafted as an elegant support that provides optimal sound dispersion without coloring the speaker's sound, while opening this product up to new applications. Speakers easily lock in place with the stand's integrated keyhole lock and wires are hidden from view using an interior wire-channel. Like all of Sunfire's XT loudspeakers, the stand is finished in 10-layers of hand-rubbed lacquer."
